New Horizons

A very special place is what new horizons means to me,
The door is always open to those who are feeling down.
Where lonely people feel happy and friends can be found,
If you want to be yourself, this is where you should be.

Although the walls of ton-pentres drop-in are crumbling,
And the rooms are very small the welcome is always strong,
Your illness is so wrong and our family is where you belong,
When the weathers cold it is still the warmest place to be.

The members are so important because there you and me,
We may paint a picture or sit around and drink some tea,
Someone will read their poem and the listen quietly
From music to I.T amongst the brightest people you will be.

All the staff amazing, why not come along and see?
They make each and every member feel special for the day.
Why not become a volunteer and help others along the way?
Why not come out for the day they run a trip to Cardiff bay?
